Our torque-converted transmissions can multiply engine torque up to two times and our limited slip differentials provide positive traction to both rear wheels in slippage conditions.

8. Quality Control – The finished sprayer spends a full day in the test shop being fine-tuned. Here it is subjected to 64 separate ordeals. We check every component on the machine for fit, finish and functionality. We even check the cast and camber of the front tires with a digital
protractor.

9. Fill Rate – In 2004 we were able to ship each spare part on a same day basis 94% of the time. In 2005 we plan to make that 98% of the time.

What Else Is New? –We’ve redesigned the operator’s console for improved comfort and ease of operation, adjusted the angle on the brake pedal to satisfy the leg, increased steering tilt to reduce driver fatigue, and reduced the required braking effort by 25%. A single-piece urethane sound deadening floor mat reduces in-cab noise. Also new are external battery posts, angled quick fill attachments, an external product pump switch, a new inductor latching mechanism for operator ease, an additional grab handle for easier cab access and two more knockouts in the cab for accessory wiring.
